Objective: 
  1. The objective of this course is to provide knowledge of the essential presentation skills regarding the concepts and techniques of statistics and Business Budgeting in order to enhance the practical application-based knowledge of the students.

 

CO115     Students will prepare and make use of various types of Financial budgets and differentiate between fixed and flexible budgets

 

CO116     Interpret market feasibility analysis of any new innovative product in the market.

CO117     Students will critically evaluate the project life cycle of any project along with its social costs benefits analysis.

CO118     Students will create , evaluate and select the most feasible and important network techniques (PERT/CPM) in project management .

     CO119  Students will critically examine the role and importance of performance budget in government firms and zero base budgeting in business
