Guest lecture on Trade Finance- A Banker’s Perspective [1]

A guest lecture was organised by the department of financial studies for the students of B.COM and B.com(H) in august 2010 on trade finance. The guest and the keynote speaker of the lecture was Mr Neeraj Jain, Vice President, Axis Bank. Mr. Neeraj threw light on the trade financing from the perspective of a banker. He explained the students the difficulties faced by the bankers during the trade financing. Also, he stressed on the importance of correct way to practice the trade financing. The future prospects in the area were detailed by him. Finally, he answered the queries of the students on the same.
