CO 94: To create a learning about the Procedure and know-how’s of registering a Company in both Public as well as Private format in India

CO 95: To analyze the mandatory documents required for a valid company, such as Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Prospectus etc.

CO 96: To create and Understanding the Instruments of Finance Raising used by any Company such as Shares & Debentures and the basic provisions relating to them.

CO 97: To Learn the modes and procedure of Winding Up of any Company.
