On the completion of this course, the students will be able to :

  1.  Apply knowledge and skills gained about personality development, attitude, and motivation for their growth and development.
  2.  They will be able to make informed choices about their appearance, interact successfully verbally and nonverbally, manage tough circumstances with composure and grace, and portray a professional image.
  3.  Develop essential skills and qualities related to personality management, allowing them to effectively manage conflicts and stress, make sound decisions, demonstrate leadership, manage time ef, uphold work ethics, and foster positive self-esteem..
  4.  Acquire required skills and information to create impressive resumes, successfully participate in group discussions, confidently confront personal interviews, analyze their own psychometric profiles, and perform well in job.
  5.   Develop essential interpersonal and cultural competence skills necessary for establishing positive relationships, navigating diverse environments, and engaging in professional interactions.

• Concept of motivation -,Significance , Internal and external motives ,Importance of self- motivation, Factors leading to de-motivation.

• Grooming for Success
• Body Language, Poise, and Eye Contact
• Pronunciation, Voice Modulation, and Diction
• Self-Esteem and Confidence, Assertive Behavior, Handling difficult situations with grace, style, and professionalism.

• Polishing Business Manners: Handshake, gifts, visiting cards, humor, office behavior etc.
• Mastering Cross Cultural Etiquette to deal with Diversity, Dining Etiquette,
• Understanding the Art of Entertaining: Playing a Gracious Host
