  1. Analyse the concept of Electronic Commerce, money and payment system.
  2. Appreciate digitization of Financial Services and financial Technology
  3. Differentiate between various Digital Payment system and Payment gateways and their implementation in Banking Industry.
  4. Evaluate the security and privacy issues of Digitization of Financial Services.
  5. Critically Evaluate the role Digital Finance and the effectiveness of the Regulations related to Information Technology
