 Rationale of Documents- Commercial Perspectibe. Legar Perspective, Incentive Perspective, Kinds and Functions of Documents- Commercial Documents, Legal regulatory documents, Documents for claiming incentives, Standardised Pre-shipment export documents, Import Documents.

Processing of Export Order

Format of export order, confirmation of order, procuring of goods, excise clearance, Pre-shipment inspection, appointment of clearing and forwarding agents, Transportation of goods to port, port formalities, Despatch of documents, certificate of origin and shipment advice, presentation of documents to bank, claiming export incentives.
