  1. Familiarize themselves with the workings of financial services and gain knowledge of different innovative financial instruments.
  2. Evaluate the role of venture capital and mutual funds in India.
  3. Critically evaluate and comprehend the mechanism of leasing and hire purchase.
  4.  Examine the mechanism of securitization of debt and merchant banking.
  5. Examine and make judgments on various aspects of factoring services and different categories of credit cards.
