  1. Students will examine the processes of managing various financial services in recent time and gain knowledge of different innovative financial instruments.
  2. Students will analyze and develop the ability to about the concept of venture capital and mutual funds in India.
  3. Students will critically evaluate the comprehend mechanism of leasing and hire purchase.
  4. Students will analyze the comprehend procedure of securitization of debt and merchant banking.
  5. Students will examine the various aspects of factoring and credit cards.
