The students will be able to – CO30.Explain the objectives and uses of Manpower Planning, job analysis etc and to Describe the processes of recruiting, employee selection, and Training. CO 31.Explain the different types of leadership. Also to evaluate leadership styles to anticipate the consequences of each leadership style. CO 32.Explain what motivation is and also to describe perspectives on motivation such as scientific management, Theory X and Theory Y, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's motivation- hygiene theory etc CO 33. Understand the Conflict Management Strategies which the managers use to resolve the Conflict in Organisation and also to discuss the relationship between Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management CO34. Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative information to isolate issues and formulate best control methods. |
