CO151: Integrate the understanding of various HR concepts in organizational working in order to take correct business decisions. CO 152: Analyze the current theory and practice for procurement and development of HR and exhibit appropriate implementation, monitoring and assessment procedures for the same. CO 153: Demonstrate the ability to use different performance appraisal techniques in an organization and have an insight on the various aspects of promotion and transfer. CO 154: Recommend actions based on results of the compensation analysis and design compensation schemes that are cost effective, that increase productivity of the workforce, and comply with the legal framework. CO 155: Analyze the role of emerging issues in HRM in meeting the challenges of changing business environment. |
