  3. Examine the objectives and functions of RBI for regulating banks to ascertain banking reforms
  4. Distinguish the operations and functions of commercial banks, cooperative banks and RRBs.
  5. Compare and appraise relationship banking strategies for improved banker customer relationship.
  6. Assess various development banking institution in India
