• Group discussions/Exercises on Opening a Bank Account: Research different types of bank accounts such as checking, savings, and money market accounts. Select a bank and open an account that suits your needs. Familiarize yourself with account features, transaction fees, interest rates, and online banking capabilities.
• Collecting of various Banking Forms for different accounts and filling of various bank slips and Procedures
• Presentation/group discussion on Mobile Banking/ Internet Banking, Paytm wallet Procedures and steps involved: RTGS, NEFT, Third Party Beneficiary
• Online Banking Exploration: Familiarizing with the features and functionalities of online banking platforms offered by different banks. Practice tasks such as checking account balances, transferring funds between accounts, paying bills, and setting up automatic payments. Take note of security measures and options for account customization
• Presentation/group discussion on Research the role and functions of the central bank. Analyse recent monetary policy decisions, including interest rate changes, quantitative easing programs, or regulatory measures. Understand the goals and strategies employed by the central bank to achieve price stability, economic growth, and financial stability
• Research and Presentations: Conduct research on the impact of monetary policy on different sectors of the economy. Choose specific industries or areas of interest and analyze how changes in interest rates or monetary policy tools affect them.
