On completion of this course, the students will be able to:

  1. Analyze and apply the procedure for simultaneous application of CGST and SGST, demonstrating advanced application skills in preparing charts, tabular representations, and presentations to showcase taxable transactions under IGST, CGST, and SGST, emphasizing the ability to apply complex tax principles.
  2. Evaluate and critically analyze case studies, presentations, charts, and engage in group discussions on form filling, registration mistakes, and the significance of single and separate registrations, showcasing advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  3. Apply advanced analytical and evaluation skills in case studies, presentations, and charts, as well as engage in group discussions on Input Tax Credit (ITC) and the reversal of VAT, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex scenarios and make informed decisions.
  4. Demonstrate advanced comprehension and application skills in preparing charts, tabular representations, and presentations on the online filing of periodic returns, navigating GST websites (GSTN, CBEC, etc.), and understanding the different types of returns and their applicability to the business, showcasing the ability to synthesize and present information effectively.
  5. Apply advanced analytical skills in preparing charts, tabular representations, and presentations on different challans, CPIN & CIN, and calculating tax based on various case studies, showcasing the ability to analyze complex tax calculations and apply them accurately.
