Project Management

CO 106    Student will analyze the scope of Project Management and classify sequential stages of Project Life cycle in different types of Projects.

 

CO 107     Students will evaluate the project on different appraisal aspects in context to the social viability of project.

CO 108    Student will assess the performance of Projects on different networking and capital expenditure techniques

       and formulate and          schedule the project on the basis of WBS and PERT /CPM.

CO 109    Student will evaluate the project and design the Project report elaborating the termination process.
