On completion of this course, the students will be able to:
CO136 Analyze the scope of Project Management and classify sequential stages of Project Life cycle in different types of Projects. CO137 Evaluate the project according to social cost and benefits and examine its feasibility. CO138 Measure the project risk and evaluate its financial feasibility CO139 Formulate a project schedule on the basis of WBS and PERT /CPM techniques. CO140 Analyse the performance of a project and prepare project report |
