On completion of this course, the students will be able to:

CO 201 Apply 7 p’s of service marketing in various sectors of the economy.

CO202   Explore various innovative financial products peculiar to banking and, insurance.

CO 203 Assess the impact of poor NPA management on the growth of the economy.

CO 204 Analyse the trading, clearing and settlement procedure of stock exchange.

CO 205 Evaluate various strategies of customer Relationship Management and significance of KYC norms.
