Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  1. Distinguish between various times of assets and liabilities products of the banks
  2. Assess various retail liabilities in terms of purpose, requirement, procedure and security.
  3. Evaluate various retail strategies of banks for selling retail products.
  4. Examine the various trends in bank retailing
  5. Analyse effective application of recovery process of retail loans and regulatory measures to curb the issues related to bank loan recovery.
