On completion of this course, the students will be able to

 

CO37. Analyze the different types of leadership. Also to evaluate leadership styles to anticipate the consequences of each leadership style.

 

 CO38. Analyze that what motivation is and also to explain the significance of motivation.

 

C039. Evaluate the perspectives on motivation such as scientific management, Theory X and Theory Y, Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Herzberg's motivation- hygiene theory etc.

 

CO40. Analyze the significance of Coordination & Communication in any organisation for achieving the organizational goals effectively.

 

CO41. Create an Understanding about the Conflict Management Strategies which the managers use to resolve the Conflict in Organisation and also to discuss the relationship between Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management.

 

 CO42. Create the Knowledge of new applications and   the recent trends & Challenges in Business management.
