  1. Distinguish between various times of assets and liabilities products of the banks
  2. Assess various retail liabilities in terms of purpose, requirement, procedure and security.
  3. Evaluate various retail strategies of banks for selling retail products.
  4. Examine the various trends in bank retailing
  5. Analyse the effective application of the recovery process of retail loans and regulatory measures to curb the issues related to bank loan recovery.
  6. Contribute effectively in course-specific interaction.

 Margin, Security, Disbursement, Moratorium, Prepayment issues, Repayments/Collection.
 Credit/Debit Cards-Eligibility, Purpose, Amounts, Margin, Security, Process of using the cards, Billing Cycle, Credit Points.
 Study of retail liabilities in terms of purpose, requirement, procedure, and security.
