Evaluation of Leasing- Lessor and lessee point of view.

Accounting and tax aspects of leasing.

Hire Purchase- Meaning, Legal position and banks credit for Hire Purchase.

Unit III: 

Factoring  and Forefeting - Meaning, Functions, Types

Securitisation of Debt- Meaning, Structure, Benefits, Securitisation vs. Factoring,

Introduction of Bill discounting, Housing finance, Insurance Services, Venture Capital Financing, Mutual Fund Services

Unit IV: 

Merchant Banking Services Issue Management- Activities and Procedure. Pre Issue and post Issue obligations and other requirements

Unit V: 

Stock Broking Services, Custodians Services, depository System.
Credit cards- meaning, Types, Parties, Procedure & Facilities, Benefits & Demerits.
