Objective: To develop skills amongst students to think out of the box, time management and also to develop communication skills. It helped to push to address and analyze the issues on the spot.
Beneficiary: Students of the University
The department of Financial Studies together with the department of International Business organized en extempore competition “ LET”S TALK GLOBAL” broadly based on Globalization and International Trade on October 6, 2021. The judges for the event were Ms. Nikita Sabharwal (Director, Vinayak Exports – a leading export name of Silver Jewellery based in Jaipur as well as Netherlands) and Ms. Osheen Modi (Assistant Professor, ISIM Jaipur). Both the Judges also happen to be alumna of the university. The students picked a topic from the given pool of topics (primarily based on Globalization and International Trade) and came up with their thoughts over the topic/ given situation. The activity was aimed towards making the students think spontaneously about the given topic and come up with a solution. It was indeed an enriching session for the students. A good number of participants shared their ideas in the event.
