The department of financial studies organized a workshop on “Awareness of Government Schemes for the Weaker Section of the Society” on 25th January 2020 wherein Mr. Pradeep Khangar , Manager, SBI Bank, Jaipur graced the workshop as the resource person. The session was conducted with the main aim of making the students aware about the various schemes for the weaker section of the society. The workshop was a part of extension activity of the department wherein students of the department provided the weaker section thorough knowledge about various government schemes being run for the weaker section. Through this workshop students understood in-depth concepts of these schemes and with the help of the resource person and two way interaction students also gained complete confidence and command over making the concepts understandable to others.
